The Santo de Piedra Single Barrel

 
 

The Santo de Piedra Single Barrel has been conceived as a journey through the world, combining legendary traditions, for one side the ancient techniques of Oaxaca and for the other the Art mastership of barrel aging of Scotland.

Is a mezcal that bring us at the same time to the Oaxaca southern mountains and to the Islay region in Scotland, made with 100% Agave Espadín, cooked with our own blend of woods, wild fermented and double distilled, to be refined in a six months aging in Sherry casks used to produce an unrivaled whisky, translated in notes to caramel and bergamot with an ocher color that reminds to the autumn.
