David S. Giles

Founding Partner and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.

David S. Giles is the Founding Partner and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Santo de Piedra, a creation born from his lifelong devotion to art, contemplation, and savoir-vivre. From a young age, he was deeply drawn to the study of theology—a formative inclination that instilled in him an enduring sensitivity to ritual, symbolism, and the metaphysical dimensions of craft. With years spent immersed in the art world as a museographer before entering the spirits industry over six years ago, David brings business strategy to life with an artist’s eye and philosophical sensibility, attending to every detail of Santo de Piedra with intention. The maison stands as a canvas where tradition meets expression—its savoir-faire reflecting his conviction that beauty, like craft, is not merely created, but contemplated, preserved, and ultimately shared.
