A SHARED FUTURE.

Our work is deeply rooted in ancestral agricultural traditions, including the regenerative Milpa system—a method currently used to cultivate a portion of our agaves under our experimental CERES program, named in honor of the Roman goddess of agriculture. This approach allows agaves to grow alongside native crops that naturally nourish the soil, eliminating the need for pesticides or external inputs. These companion crops are later harvested and shared with the local communities we work alongside. By 2028, our goal is for at least 98% of our agave production to follow this regenerative model.

We’re also advancing initiatives to reduce our environmental impact. By 2026, 96% of our shipments will be transported via sea freight, significantly lowering our carbon footprint. Every bottle we produce is a tribute to the land, the people, and the nature that inspire our craft.

OUR COMMITMENT FOR THE FUTURE IS THAT AT LEAST 98% OF SANTO DE PIEDRA'S AGAVES COME FROM SUSTAINABLE CULTIVATION METHODS, AND THAT 96% OF OUR SHIPMENTS BE CARRIED OUT VIA SEA FREIGHT TO SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCE OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT.
