The Pastorale Series is the latest expression of our atelier—an ode to sustainability and the evolving meaning of luxury. Only 2,506 bottles of this inaugural edition will ever be crafted, and in true harmony with our values, just 500 bottles are now available for pre-order.

Crafted from a rare blend of two ultra-rare agaves, and incorporating an innovative use of juniper wood during key stages of production, this mezcal is deeply shaped by its unique terroir. The result is a spirit of remarkable depth—unfolding with warm notes of leather and caramel, delicately balanced by a peppery brightness and subtle mineral saltiness. These latter notes are the gift of our land, born from the rare convergence of Pacific and Atlantic winds that shape the soul of our domaine in Oaxaca southern mountains. To close the circle of this collection, each bottle is carefully packed into a handmade box of treated wood, sealed with natural beeswax, carefully sourced with sustainability in mind.

In homage to rarity and artistic mastery, six singular bottles of the entire batch have been hand-blown in Murano, their glass shaped like an agave leaf, their colors inspired by a foggy morning in Modena. These unique pieces will be auctioned, with details to be revealed soon. As part of our commitment to social impact, a portion of proceeds will benefit Food for Soul, the non-profit founded by Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore, dedicated to fighting food waste and empowering social inclusion through the transformative power of nourishment, as we share the belief that Food is an act of caring.
