Secondo Movimento de la Pastorale Series x Massimo Bottura in London

We would be honoured to welcome members of the hospitality community, members of the press, and a small number of invited guests to an intimate afternoon tasting dedicated to the Pastorale Series Secondo Movimento, the concluding chapter of the collection conceived alongside iconic chef Massimo Bottura.

The gathering will take place at Lyaness, the first house to welcome Santo de Piedra beyond Oaxaca and the first venue to place its confidence in our work. Returning to London to present this final movement carries a particular significance for our maison.

Conceived alongside Massimo Bottura, Pastorale originated in a shared curiosity about how the agricultural traditions of Oaxaca and the gastronomic culture of Modena might enter into dialogue. While rooted entirely in agave, the collection explored ingredients, materials, and sensibilities associated with Emilia-Romagna, including the aromatic influence of juniper wood long present within the region's culinary heritage.
